The National Flag was Hoisted by Shri Bishal Chanda ,General Secretary,Changes Society, HO, Haflong , Dima Hasao.Mr Sudip Chakraborty JE ,Lower Haflong Railway Station was Present, Members of Changes Society Mr.Ranjit Dey,Albeek Longmailai,Sorojit Das, Sonchoi Das was Present along with many Villagers.
